Shopify securely manages all product purchases,
while your Member Hub account controls access to downloads, CE courses, and
gamification badges.
Steps to Connect
- After purchase, open your
order-confirmation email. - Sign in to your Member Hub using the same email address used at checkout.
- Your new resources appear automatically under Guides & Downloads within 5 minutes.
- If you don’t see them, log out → clear cache → log back in.
